Dr. Cameron Clokie began his career as an oral and maxillofacial Surgeon in 1985.

As the former Professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery, for the University of Toronto, Dr. Cameron has provided an overwhelming contribution to oral surgery research. For over two decades, he has provided innovative and ground-breaking solutions in clinical practices as well as academic dentistry. After his retirement in 2017, from the University of Toronto, Dr. Cameron has continued to dedicate his time and efforts in advancing musculoskeletal reconstruction.

Currently, Dr. Cameron is the inventor of 25 patents throughout the United States and the international community. While some of those patents remain pending, Dr. Cameron is among those who are highly-regarded nationwide, in bone reconstruction and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Cameron’s ultimate desire and goal is to utilize his commitment to oral surgery, for the further development of bio-implants. His belief is that the need, for autogenous bone grafts in the future, will become obsolete. Bio-implant uses the technological advancements of a standard ceramic dental implant, which fits a tooth more accurately, and therefore necessitates less surgical effect of the dental cavity.
